About
I’ve been involved in making art for twenty years or more. It began as a hobby and progressed over time to more of a passion. I pursued instruction in various art disciplines at Creative Art Works in New Haven, Connecticut and subsequently through multiple workshops sponsored by art associations in southern Connecticut. Oil is my preferred medium and my interest is primarily in landscapes and cityscapes.
As a former resident of Connecticut, I’ve exhibited in many local galleries including Gallery 53 in Meriden, Southington Art Association and Lyme Art Association receiving multiple awards. Since retirement three years ago, I’ve moved to Pennsylvania and have been able to paint full time. The beauty of the Pennsylvania countryside has been inspiring. Currently, I’m a member of York Art Association and remain a member of Lyme Art Association in Old Lyme, Connecticut.
